Sleep is such an important part of self-care and when you're not getting enough of it, the effects can be detrimental to your well-being, which is exactly why I created this workshop.
If it's been a while since you've had a good night's sleep, chances are you've tried "all the things," like unplugging from electronics, drinking warm mugs of milk, using comfortable blankets, adjusting the room temperature, and playing soft music- but I'm thinking that nothing really worked to help you actually fall asleep.
That's because your sleep problems go much deeper than just taking care of these basic hygiene habits. While we couldn't get through the workshop without talking about these things, we'll be diving much deeper into what's really keeping you up at night.
I'm bringing in my expertise as a counselor to share with you some cognitive-behavioral techniques that have been proven to help those who struggle with sleep.
I'm super excited to bring you this unique workshop designed especially for moms who have trouble staying and falling asleep.
