Twenty-two years ago, I started down a one-way road where there was no turning back, otherwise known as motherhood. Half way down the road, I no longer recognized the woman in the mirror. I had sacrificed myself for my family and in doing so, had lost myself in my desire to be good enough in the roles I was playing.
What I teach in The Confident Mom Experience is the path I took to finally reclaim who I was and to discover who I was meant to become, who I am still becoming.
This coaching program is for women who have lost who they are under their mom-hat and want to reclaim an identity that provides purpose beyond being a mom.
