To say yes to yourself, you'll first need to say no to those things lower on your priority totem pole and that can be a difficult task if you're a people pleaser. You'll learn exactly how to say no in a way that doesn't sound harsh or unloving, but rather gets your point across so that you can spend your time on what's most important.

Making Self-Care Happen
