Hey there, my fellow mom! I created the Sleep Matters Course for you. I'm a sound sleeper and have been known to sleep through fire alarms, which is pretty scary given that I've had six kids growing up under my roof! I also fall asleep within ten minutes of my head hitting the pillow.
But I realize that sleep doesn't come so easy to other moms because I see them in the morning drop off line, chugging their coffee. I look in my FB feed and see pictures getting posted at midnight. And I hear my clients who have shared with me how they lie awake at night wondering if they are ever going to be able to get a good night's sleep.
So, a few months ago I took a training about how to treat clinical insomnia. My goal all along was to learn how I can help the sleepless moms who I serve. After the training, I dove headfirst into the research so that I could design a workshop specifically for moms. I did that and now, I have developed this course, Sleep Matters, to help you get the sleep you deserve.
